Santa!

We managed to get all 3 boys in the picture, only they refused to let me sit out. So, yet again, here we are with Santa....

A Date With Levi

Thanks to my wonderful husband, Levi and I were able to enjoy a lovely afternoon with just the two of us; it was like old times. We went down to the Promenade, listened to the singers, grabbed lunch, and saw Monsters Inc in 3D. It was so fun to have a moment to just focus on Levi and enjoy the holiday season. 

Poppy joined us too! On a side note, I bought her 3 years ago for $7.00 at Target. Best gift ever!

Gus is 2 weeks old!

Gus is 2 weeks old and is proving to be a very sweet baby. He's becoming more and more alert and changing each day. 

 

 Felix took his 1st bath with Gus and was so sweet. He actually stayed calm the entire bath and showered baby Gus with lots of kisses!

Felix is now just over a 1 1/2 years old. Pop Pop took photos of him that capture him beautifully at this age. He's curious, a bit on the serious side, though genuinely happy, in love with his blanky, and his favorite toys are bouncing balls.  He's extremely independent and just roles with the punches.

An afternoon with Levi

Pop Pop took Levi to tennis lesson this week and caught some lovely moments. I can't believe how grown up Levi looks in these photos. I've always thought he had a twinkle in his eye from the moment he was born, and these pictures capture it beautifully. 

Gus is 1 week old!

His first week at home included many firsts like snuggling with his brothers, bathing w/ Levi, lounging with Hanky,  Breakfast at "Chicken & Wiffle" w/ Mama and Dada, and morning story time. Most of all, he spent the week being adored by all of us, eating, and sleeping.

Gus goes home!

 After 4 nights at UCLA Santa Monica, Gus finally gets to go home!

Messie's in town!

Messie arrived on Monday and headed straight to the hospital to meet baby Gus. She's come into town for each of the boys birth; having her here is the BEST. We may not let her go home!

Gus meets his brothers, PopPop and Fran!

PopPop and Fran brought Levi and Felix to the hospital to meet their new little baby brother. Levi was incredibly excited, curious and sweet. Felix wasn't quite sure what to make of Gus.

Levi couldn't wait to hold Gus. He was showering him w/ kisses and giggling the whole time

Near the end of their visit I was nursing Gus and Levi said to me, "Why are you feeding him your chest?"

I replied, "I'm giving baby Gus milk"

Levi kindly said, "Oh Mama. I brought a sandwhich and grapes. They're real juicy. We can give him kid food.'

Felix showed some interest, but definitely kept some distance

Baby Gus, 48 hours old and snuggly as can be

Gus Rowe Gibbons debut!

After 9 months of waiting and waiting, not knowing if it was a boy or a girl, Gus made his big debut on Dec 1st at 4:13am via c-section. We were surrounded by an incredible team of doctors who helped make this moment extra special for us. Gus weighed in at 7 lbs, 13 oz and was a whopping 22 inches long (just edging out Levi and Felix)

He has a deep, croaky cry that is so sweet. We feel incredibly blessed to have such a beautiful, healthy baby.
