2 wheels again

Our life has changed (again)! Felix can now bike with us so we are back to exploring LA on 2 wheels instead of 4. It's sooo much more enjoyable! 

Felix turns 11 months!

Our little "Twix" is nearly 1 year old. He's getting busier by the day, however still nowhere near the level of intensity as Levi was at this age! He continues to be the snuggliest baby ever (2nd to Hank) and remains enamored with his big brother. We have loved watching him discover how to pull himself up, crawl through nooks, and take baby steps (while holding on to something).

Easter LA Style

We had a packed and very fun Easter Sunday. We spent the morning at our friends Colin, Amy, and Gia's annual Easter Egg hunt. Complete w/ a rabbit, bounce house, and 600 eggs for the children to find. Levi's highlight was the bounce house and yummy mini doughnuts! We then had our cousins over for a delicious dinner; being with them is always a highlight.

A day with with Frankie and Ava

LA can be a tough city to meet people, but we struck gold with a British family who's son,  Frankie, goes to school with Levi. They also have the most beautiful little girl Ava who Levi & Felix both adore. After a successful brunch w/ 4 children, we spent a 78 degree afternoon at the beach building sand castles, counting clouds, and lapping up what will be a wonderful memory.

Pop Pops back

John was in SF w/ his best friends for the weekend, and Messie was at her sisters, so that left the boys and I solo. Pop Pop flew down for the weekend, which made it so much more entertaining for all of us!

Prepping for Easter

We spent most of the weekend outdoors, going for walks, visiting the beach and hitting the Farmer's Market

Every day Levi picks a flower for me :)

We were sad to see PopPop leave; he's super fun to be with and super funny!

A Family Photo Affair (Holidays 2011)

The boys had their photos w/ Messie and Pop Pop over Christmas, and we are over the moon that our amazing photographer was again able to capture so much of everyone's personalities all in a 45 min time span! Levi 3 years old and Felix 7 months old.

1 hour later, our sweet little Felix was done!
