Big Brother, Little Brother

It melts my heart each morning when I see how adoring Levi is with his little brother Gus Gus.

Levi and Frankie

Levi's friend Frankie turned 4, and we celebrated on the beach in Feb! The boys and Frankie's sister, Ava, spent the whole morning running in and out of the water completely care free.

Our boys on Heart Day!

It's not easy, but we finally got a picture of all 3 boys! Levi 4 years,  Felix 21 months, and baby Gus 10 weeks.  As John always says, "The longest days, and the shortest years." We are so blessed!

Messie sent the boys 'ice cream money' so Fran and the boys and I enjoyed some fro-yo!

A Date w/ Felix

Occasionally Felix and I pop out for chocolate milk and a muffin. It's such a treat to have a little 1:1 on time w/ my gentle giant.

Gus Gus is 2 months old!

Baby Gus weighed in at 12 lbs, 15 1/2 oz, and is 24 1/4 inches long! His little personality is coming to life! Gus Gus loves to be snuggled, and his favorite thing to do is nestle his face into the right side of my neck. He loves to kick his legs, and when he's awake, he's all eyes on his brothers! He's really starting to kick on his mat, but his favorite spot is in his bouncy chair, which sits center stage in the kitchen. He's already trying to sit up in it and continues to bat at the toys. He's super smiley and easy going (most 3rd babies probably are)! He's a really good sleeper and is quite close to cutting out his 3am feed. He's a 3-nap-a-day-baby and is like clock work. 9am, noon and 4pm! He prefers his tummy just like his big brother Felix.  We all shower him with kisses and watch his every move.

A 75 Degree Winter Day in LA

It was a warm 75 degrees today, so the boys insisted on ice cream.  A bit strange for mid-Jan, but nobody was complaining.

Gus Gus Tours The NW

Gus and I traveled to the NW to meet his grandparents and great great parents! We had planned on surprising GGMA, but sadly she passed away the day prior at a whopping 95! We did however drive over the mountains and surprised Nana and Papa.

Steven's Pass was gorgeous.  The sun was shining brightly, snow covered the trees and the roads were bare.

Pop Pop, Gus and I stopped for yummy breakfast along the way

Nana and Papa were so surprised to see us!

Nana couldn't wait to get her paws on baby Gus

Gus Gus 7 weeks old

Papa and Gus 90 years old

Papa was a Doctor and delivered over 1K babies, so he was just as excited as Nana to hold Gus Gus

Rudi Pauly and Gus Gus (also a mother of 3 boys)

The drive over Snoqualmie Pass was just as beautiful!

Gus finally met his Grandaddy and Grandmommy!

We think Gus will take after Levi, and have blue eyes like Grandmommy

Our dear friend Tricia also met Gus Gus
