Brothers are BFF's

While they most certainly do fight over silly stuff, they absolutely love each other and enjoy being around one another.

Gus and Felix can really wind each other up, but then there are an abudance of moments like this, that just melt my heart

Happy Heart Day 2015

The boys made their own Valentine's this year, with a little help from their Mama and they turned out quite cute!

Boys are growing up!

Just a few of my favorite pics from the Winter! I'm amazed at how quickly the boys change, not just physically but emotionally.

Felix is learning how to show all kinds of emotions

Gus is becoming very independent

They all have a passion for the rain

Felix and Gus are becoming more than brothers; they're becoming friends.

Gus has mastered his scooter

While they love being all together, I've noticed they all jump at a the opportunity to bathe by themselves. Can't blame them!

Levi's 1st Science Fair!

Levi and John did his 1st science fair, which was toothpaste for Elephants!

He was quite proud and presented his learnings to his entire class (the stitches above his eye are from running into another student on the big yard).

Highlights from January

January got away from us, but these photos stand out as highlights. The big boys are loving their day trips to Mountain High as well as local hikes.

Goodbye Papa Lyons...we love you!

On New Year's Eve, we said goodbye to Papa Lyons. I had the good fortune of spending a few days w/ him prior to his passing. Dad, he and I had the most beautiful visit together. I've written about it here on my CWM blog: http://consciousworkingmama.com/why-i-was-able-to-say-goodbye-to-my-grandfather-right-before-he-passed-away/

He was such a compassionate, thoughtful, loving grandfather: http://www.wenatcheeworld.com/news/2015/jan/11/dr-paul-harrell-lyons-md-in-memoriam/

I loved this comment on his obit: He was my doctor all the time I was growing up.I remember him coming to a neighbors house to help the night my brother died in a house fire. There aren't doctors like him any more.Rest in peace.
